# Greenrock Innovations

Greenrock Innovations operates a network of automated, tech-enabled manufacturing facilities producing engineered sand and aggregates from reclaimed, weathered rock. The largest facility is Begur Sands Pvt. Ltd. in Gundlupet, Karnataka — the original engineering site where the closed-loop processing system was designed and validated. The model eliminates fresh extraction by processing waste material already generated by primary quarrying operations.

Every batch is independently tested at NABL-accredited laboratories. Process water is recirculated through a closed-loop hydrocyclone system (zero liquid discharge). Outputs are spec'd to IS 383:2016, IS 1542:1992, and MORTH references.
